SHIPPING INFORMATION

You will receive a tracking code via email which you can access your estimated delivery time.  All orders are shipped with various shipping partner options at the checkout. orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. A signature is required upon all deliveries. 

All orders use a trackable service, you can track your order via the tracking number in the order through the dispatch email or by clicking the track my order button. 

All taxes and duties are included In the cost of your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees. 

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the size or colour of your purchase, you are welcome to exchange  your order within 30 days. We offer free returns in the UK, simply contact our team for your return label. 

All Vaas products will be delivered in our luxury signature packaging, which ensures protection of your product in transit. 

If in the unlikely case you are not happy with your order, you may return your order within 30 days. Once we have received your return we will refund you within 14 days.
